2. What personal data we collect

When you apply to take part as an extra in the film Azra, we may collect your full name, email address, phone number, and the number of participants if you are applying as a group. This information is provided voluntarily; without it, we are unable to process your application.

When you subscribe to updates about the film (newsletter), we collect your email address, the date and time of the subscription, the language of the page used to submit it, and the IP address from which it was submitted. Without an email address, we cannot send you updates.

3. Purpose of processing

We process personal data to handle applications to take part as extras, communicate with applicants, organise the shoot and coordinate selected extras, and send occasional updates about the film Azra (including news about the making of the film, the premiere and other public information). We do not use the data for any other purpose.

4. Legal basis

We process personal data on the basis of your consent in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You may withdraw your consent at any time; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

5. Who has access to your data

Personal data is accessible only to authorised persons at Zavod December who are involved in organising the shoot, public communications or the technical management of the website (for example the producer, the communications team or technical support). We do not sell personal data to third parties. Any external processors (for example the hosting provider) have access only to the extent necessary and under a data processing agreement.

6. Retention period

Personal data submitted for extras applications is kept until the production of the film Azra is complete, after which it is deleted or securely destroyed, unless further retention is required by applicable law.

Email addresses collected for updates about the film are kept until you withdraw your consent, or at the latest until communication activities related to the film are concluded. You can unsubscribe at any time by writing to info@decemberfilm.si.

7. Data security

Zavod December applies appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, destruction or misuse. Access is limited to authorised persons who need the data for a specific processing purpose.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access your personal data, request rectification or erasure, restrict processing, data portability, withdraw consent, and lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia. To exercise your rights, please write to us at info@decemberfilm.si.

9. Data transfers

Personal data is not transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area and is not used for automated decision-making or profiling.

10. Changes to this privacy policy

Zavod December reserves the right to amend this privacy policy due to changes in legislation, the way personal data is processed, or the operation of the website. The current version is always published on the website.
